APCON LLC is a Washington State licensed general contractor (License No. APCONL*825QO) headquartered at 711 115th St S, Tacoma, WA 98444. All client-facing work is performed under the trade name Realty Repair Co.

Services include structural beam and post repair, crawl space and floor joist reconstruction, dry rot remediation, water damage reconstruction, and pre-listing inspection repairs. The single point of entry for all new clients is a $350 forensic diagnostic, credited in full toward the repair project.

This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided under the APCON LLC entity.

We collect information you provide when requesting services through our website intake forms, phone calls, or email:

• Service Details: Description of repair concerns, property type, prior service history, and inspection reports you share with us.

• Technical Data: Diagnostic findings, moisture readings, structural assessment results, and job-site photographs collected during service delivery.
• Website Usage Data: Standard web analytics including pages visited, referral source, and device type, collected via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Email is our primary communication channel. When you submit a service request or schedule a diagnostic, we will contact you via email at dispatch@realtyrepairco.com for appointment confirmations, project updates, invoicing, and follow-up.

You may opt into or out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails related to active service engagements are not subject to marketing opt-out.

• Schedule and coordinate forensic diagnostics, structural repair, and remediation services.
• Send service confirmations, project updates, payment links, and invoices via your preferred communication channel.
• Provide written diagnostic reports, remediation recommendations, and warranty documentation.
• Process payments and maintain billing and contract records.

• Maintain service records for the duration of our five-year written structural guarantee.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information for third-party marketing purposes. We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors who assist with scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, and cloud storage. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
• Subcontractors: Licensed and insured specialty subcontractors coordinated under our GC license may receive your name and property address where necessary to perform work you have authorized.

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we use reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain client records — including contact information, service history, diagnostic reports, and contracts — for a minimum of seven years following project completion to satisfy Washington State contractor recordkeeping requirements and to honor our five-year written structural guarantee.

If you request deletion of your personal information, we will honor that request to the extent permitted by law and our contractual obligations. Requests may be submitted to dispatch@realtyrepairco.com.
